so engrossed in getting a decent picture of these fast movers I missed thekite coming to roost
These shots are all I got but as I say I do this for my pleasure, and share with you what good shots I can.
Kite Its roosting here with 3 Common bulbul, not enough for a meal it would strike a Turtle dove usually out of the air, but their main prey are the rats,
Coming out of the reed bed I caught a glimpse of the lark then it flew off and landed in a shaded area these shots are taken 20 yards away. Crested lark , Gelerida cristata.

After my visit to Comombo temple I saw these in the Fever tree busy catching the early morning bees.
This Egret followed the boat for miles making sure it was at a safe distance away not to get a good shot.
All these photos were taken from the Cruise boat the close up Little Egrets live around the cruise ship berths and the oil pollution change their color into gray.



















The male Nile valley sun bird looks nothing like the summer bird gone has its long tail.
